Hello Peeps and Paw-Pals,
This Queen's Birthday Weekend we all went to Pauanui and checked out the new boardwalk and walking path.
When we started the tide was waaaay out. Woof!
It was a very scenic walk.
A memorial forest is in the process of being planted. I can't wait until it is finished...
The walk continues around through the bush and on and on. Eventually it will continue around for over 25km all the way to Tairua.
We crossed this lovely river. When Miss H was much younger, the Boss took her and the other children they holiday with all the way up the river - it was soooo cool!
There were lots of Amphibola Crenata in the mud. Ocean-side walks with the Boss, who trained as a marine biologist, is such fun!
By the time we made it back to the beginning, the tide was well and truly in.
Love From
Baa. xxx and Snowy.
Oh, and pop by on Wednesday for the first themed post of Jumping June... I am quite excited.
