An Oldie but a Goodie!

Hello Peeps,

On Wednesday the Mother asked Miss H to bake some jam filled muffins to take out to Connect Group. 

 
After trying unsuccessfully to find a recipe on the internet she opened the old New Zealand Edmonds Recipe Book and found...


a Butterfly cupcake recipe. One of her favourites from when she was younger.


Mmmmm... They smell soooo good.

    These look yummy! I remember my mum making butterfly cakes filled with mock cream and sprinkled with icing sugar! Beings back memories.

    They look soooo yummy & gorgeous all displayed on that BEAUTIFUL cake stand. Butterfly cakes sure do bring back memories of our younger days :-)
